Many small partners have many questions about the cabinet base. How should we distinguish between those made of many materials?
Today, I will explain how to distinguish the cabinet base.
1. Integrated base

Profile steel base: applicable to new machine room
a. C-shaped steel is formed at one time, with material thickness of 1.8~2mm;
b. Bulk delivery, less space and low transportation cost;
c. Screw and nut assembly on site, no hot work required, high safety factor, two-piece installation, and then adjust the height of the nut for quick installation;
d. The adjusting height of the nut is large (adjustable range ± 30);
e. It can be used together;
f. Sheet metal forming, low raw material cost;
g. And cabinet mounting holes can be customized;
h. Capable of bearing 2 tons;
Aluminum profile base: applicable to new machine room
A. One time forming of aluminum profiles;
b. Bulk delivery, less space and low transportation cost;
c. Screw and nut assembly on site, no hot work required, high safety factor, two-piece installation, and then adjust the height of the nut for quick installation;
d. The adjusting height of the nut is large (adjustable range ± 30);
e. It can be used together;
f. The aluminum profile has high strength;
g. And cabinet mounting holes can be customized;
h. It can bear 2.2 tons
Sheet metal base: applicable to new machine room
a. The sheet metal design can be customized and is suitable for the expansion of the machine room;
b. Bulk delivery, taking up less space;
c. Screw and nut assembly on site, no hot work required, high safety factor;
d. Simple structure and convenient assembly;
e. It can be used together;
F. The installation hole with the cabinet can be customized;
g. Capable of bearing 2 tons;
h. The horizontal adjustment can be equipped with shims or support feet
Single base:
Sheet metal base
a. The sheet metal design can be customized, and is suitable for the expansion of old machine rooms or places with low load bearing requirements;
b. Bulk delivery, taking up less space;
c. Screw and nut assembly on site, no hot work required, high safety factor;
d. Simple structure, easy assembly, height range (250mm-420mm);
e. And cabinet mounting holes can be customized;
f. Capable of bearing 1.6 tons;
Angle steel base
a. Angle steel profiles and angle steel specifications can be selected according to load bearing requirements;
b. Overall welding or on-site construction welding installation;
c. And cabinet mounting holes can be customized;
d. Capable of bearing 2 tons to 2.5 tons;
E. Single base can be made
After knowing these, do you think you have a deep understanding of the cabinet base. Of course, the installation site must be determined by yourself. Carefully study the bearing capacity, material selection, texture and price of each type of base.
