Inspection and test of module power distribution system
The test equipment is as follows:
a) Power quality analyzer;
b) Power harmonic analyzer;
c) Other test equipment available for this project.
test method
The test method is as follows:
a) Use the power quality analyzer and power harmonic analyzer to check the voltage deviation, frequency deviation and voltage distortion rate, and test the continuous power supply of the load after power failure;
b) Visually check the automatic transfer switch equipment troubleshooting device;
c) Visual inspection of surge protective device and communication interface;
d) Visually check the monitoring function of DC train cabinet;
e) Check the individual power supply of electronic information equipment by visual inspection;
f) Visual inspection shall be carried out to check the conformity of the distribution system grade;
g) Visually check the distribution equipment layout;
h) Use the power quality analyzer to test the three-phase balance of the system;
i) Check the distribution system input zero line and ground line are strictly distinguished and not shared by visual inspection;
j) Visually check the specification of distribution line cable;
k) Visually check the number of external power circuits that can be connected.

test method
The test method is as follows:
a) Visually check the power configuration of the power supply system;
b) Visually observe the condition of power supply system equipment;
c) Calculate the power of electronic information equipment and uninterruptible power supply;
d) According to relevant requirements of GB 51215;
e) Visually check the redundancy configuration of the distribution system, disconnect the main power switch, and test the standby time;
f) Use a tape measure to measure the battery distance;
g) Visually check the independence of the uninterruptible power supply of electronic information equipment and air conditioning equipment;
h) Visually inspect the battery monitoring module.
