Cold aisle containment
The closed cold aisle system module of the data center achieves green energy conservation by means of closed cold aisles, and it is an effective solution to the cooling problem of high-density cabinets in data centers. Under the premise of the same cooling effect, compared with the traditional open cold and hot aisles, the air supply volume of the indoor air conditioner fan in the closed cold aisle is 60% of that of the traditional open type, which means that the power consumption of electricity in the closed cold aisle is 60% of that of the traditional open type, and energy consumption can be saved by more than 40%. The cold aisle solution emerged in response to "energy conservation and emission reduction in computer rooms, promoting green new computer rooms", and is mainly used in data center computer rooms with large heat dissipation in IDC, achieving precise air supply. It is composed of two rows of cabinet matrices. In traditional computer rooms, the cold air cannot be effectively controlled, and the cold (source) runs freely, resulting in uneven cooling in the computer room and the generation of local hotspots. The cold aisle cabinets will deliver the cold air sent to the interior of the cabinets in the most economical and effective way, and all of it will be delivered to the heat dissipation equipment. The heat inside the cabinets will be transported out of the cabinets along the designated direction.
