Appearance and Structure
1.The upper top cover of the cold passage adopts a flat top structure. The design is 350mm higher than the top of the machine cabinet, and the total width of the top cover is 1305mm. It is designed with a modular grid standard, featuring strong interchangeability and easy installation.
2. After the movable skylight is opened, the clear height of the cold aisle is greater than 2 meters or more, which does not affect the daily maintenance work.
3. The cold aisle is designed in a modular unit style. Each unit can be independently installed and connected to adjacent units, featuring strong interchangeability and universal flexible assembly. The frame is horizontally connected to the horizontal bracket of the cabinet. Besides reinforcing the passage itself, it also has the function of convenient expansion.
4. A pair of sliding doors are respectively set between the head and tail of the column, which have a good sealing effect and effectively prevent the hot air flow from entering the equipment. The preset port of the cold aisle is integrated with the overall fire protection system of the computer room. It can automatically open the movable skylight based on the fire signal (switch signal) and meet the fire protection requirements within the aisle.
5. All unit components of the cold aisle are made of materials with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, finely processed and integrally formed by stamping, ensuring highly reliable contact. The unit opening life test should be no less than 5,000 times, ensuring safety, durability and no loosening, and guaranteeing the sealing performance of the airflow output.
